Medicaid-enrolled transportation providers (TPs) will be receiving trip assignments for Medicaid trips from ModivCare. ModivCare provides various internet-based systems for transportation providers to interact with us. As the manager of the Medicaid transportation system for Nassau and Suffolk Counties, ModivCare will be working with transportation providers to provide the highest quality transportation for Nassau and Suffolk County Medicaid enrollees.
